Will EU leaders agree a final withdrawal treaty offer to London during Brexit summit on October 17?

European leaders will discuss a possible Brexit deal with Britain in the framework of Brexit summit in Brussels on October 17, reported the European Council.
Donald Tusk, president of the European Council, scheduled the October 17 night dinner of the 27 EU heads of state and governments ahead of a regular summit the following day, which British Prime Minister Theresa May will also attend.
The main reason of the dinner is to agree a final withdrawal treaty offer to London which May can then accept in principle, paving the way for a further special summit on November 17-18 to complete terms for a political declaration on a fututre EU-UK trading relationship.
