Will Salome Zurabishvili win presidential elections in Georgia?

The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Georgia decided at the session that the second round of October 28 Presidential Elections will be held on November 28. 
There are two candidates taking part in the second round of elections - independent candidate Salome Zurabishvili and candidate of the United Opposition Grigol Vashadze. 
On 28 October, for the first time in the country’s independent history, Georgia did not elect a president in the first round of voting. The results of the first round are following, Salome Zurabishvili received 38.64% of the vote and Grigol Vashadze got 37.37%.
